Terms and Conditions of Attendance and Participation for CRE512 Event

By registering for or attending the Event, you agree that you have read, understood, and acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Terms and Conditions of Attendance and Participation
Reflected herein are the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) governing your attendance at and participation in any CRE512 operated or sponsored event (the “Event”). By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to these terms and conditions, which form a binding legal contract between CRE512, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“CRE512”) and the registered attendee or participant (“you” or “your”).

If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person attending is aware of these terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have made the attendee or participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted them.

2. Attendee Requirements

2.1 Purpose
CRE512 and its events are intended for professional networking purposes. CRE512 is designed to provide participants with opportunities to connect, collaborate, and engage in business-related discussions. The primary purpose of the Event is to foster professional relationships and promote industry growth.

Actions inconsistent with this purpose may result in removal from the Event and potential restriction from future events at CRE512’s sole and absolute discretion.
​
2.2 Admittance; Expenses
Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and CRE512 shall have no liability for such costs.
The Event may include sponsored or compensated food, beverages (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic), and other items, which may be provided on a discretionary basis.

2.3 Use of Likeness
By attending the Event, you grant CRE512, together with its organizers, employees, agents, and representatives, the right to record, film, photograph, or otherwise capture your likeness in any media now available or later developed, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate such media in perpetuity without further approval from you or compensation to you.
This includes, but is not limited to:

The right to edit such media

The right to use the media alone or with other information

The right to allow others to use or disseminate the media

2.4 Event Content
You acknowledge and agree that CRE512 reserves the right to change any aspect of the Event, including but not limited to:

Event name
-
Concessions served
-
Themes
-
Content
-
Program
-
Speakers
-
Performers
-
Hosts
-
Moderators
-
Venue
-
Date and time
-

3. Conduct of Attendees
3.1 Responsible Consumption
Alcohol may be served at the Event. You agree to consume responsibly. You are solely responsible for your actions and should refrain from behavior influenced by excessive alcohol consumption.

3.2 Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Disrespectful, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or conduct that causes discomfort or harm to others.

3.3 Disruptive Conduct
CRE512 reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, hinders the Event, interferes with other attendees’ enjoyment, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at CRE512’s sole discretion.
3.4 Discretion of CRE512

CRE512 reserves sole discretion in determining who may attend the Event. CRE512 may deny admission or remove any participant whose conduct violates this Agreement, poses a safety risk, or is deemed grounds for removal.

4. Fees; Refund
4.1 Payment
Payment is due upon registration. If payment is insufficient or declined, CRE512 may refuse admission without liability.

4.2 Taxes
Fees may be subject to applicable sales tax or other taxes, which will be charged in addition to the registration fee where required.

4.3 Refunds
If CRE512 elects to cancel, suspend, or reschedule the Event, CRE512 may, in its sole discretion, refund applicable fees.
If the registration fee does not exceed Thirty and 00/100 Dollars ($30.00), CRE512 may, at its discretion, allow the fee to be applied to a future event.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, Event content, and materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by CRE512 or the Event sponsors or speakers.
You may not reproduce, use, or distribute any trademarks or materials without prior written consent from CRE512 or the respective owner.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
CRE512 makes no warranties regarding any aspect of the Event and expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, and merchantability.
The Event is provided on an “as-is” basis.

7. Indemnity, Release, and Waiver
By attending the Event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRE512, its organizers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for injury, damage, or loss arising out of your participation.
You assume all risks associated with attending the Event. CRE512 is not responsible for personal belongings or injuries arising from the Event.

8. Miscellaneous
Failure by CRE512 to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver.
CRE512 shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in effect.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
​
The prevailing party in any action brought under this Agreement shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. No modification shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
​
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by this Agreement.
